Harrachov is undoubtedly the centre of winter sports. For alpine skiing and snowboarding there is a complex of ski slopes and two cableways on Čertova hora. There are also five ski jumps, including the world-famous mammoth ski jump, one of only five in the world. The range of skiing options is complemented by a complex of cross-country trails and is connected to the almost 30-kilometre Giant Mountains Cross-Country Skiing Trail.
